Banking Consultant

As a Banking Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers while helping them make the most of their banking experience. Other key responsibilities will include:

• Creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service to every customer.

• Supporting customers with their day-to-day banking needs and enquiries.

• Taking the time to understand customers' goals and recommending solutions that meet their needs.

• Helping customers build confidence using ANZ's digital and self-service banking tools.

• Identifying opportunities to connect customers with specialist teams when additional support is needed.

• Working collaboratively with your branch colleagues to achieve great outcomes for customers and the wider team.

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a retail, hospitality, contact centre or service environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with people from all backgrounds.

• Confidence having conversations that uncover customer needs and identify solutions.

• A proactive approach to learning new skills, products and technologies.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
