Senior Account Manager, Captive Management

• Bachelor of Accounting degree and captive experience required
• CPA or equivalent (i.e., Chartered Accountant) or CPA candidate
• Experience in preparing financial statements with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or related experiences
• Proven ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently to meet deadlines and satisfy the needs of the client and service team managers
• Demonstrated analytical thought and the ability to think and complete tasks independently
• Contribute to a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills a must
• Excellent Excel skills
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written
• For base in Honolulu, language fluency in English and Japanese is required.

For positions based in Boston, the base salary range is $115,000-$148,000. For positions based in Chicago, the base salary range is $110,000-$142,000. For positions based in Honolulu, the base salary range is $110,000-$142,000. Your actual compensation will be dependent on your skills, experience and qualifications. If your compensation expectations are above the posted range, we still encourage you to apply - your unique background matters to us. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
