About the Role
Accenture is seeking experienced SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) professionals to join our SAP practice. This role is suitable for SAP professionals with strong functional expertise across SAP HCM, HR business processes, payroll, time management, personnel administration, and HR technology transformation.
You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, business, and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP HCM solutions that improve HR operations, workforce administration, payroll processing, and employee services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, S/4HANA transformation programs, rollouts, enhancements, upgrades, and application support engagements.
- Gather and translate HR business requirements into SAP HCM process designs, functional specifications, and system configurations.
- Configure and support SAP HCM capabilities across areas such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Personnel Development, and related HR processes.
- Support payroll processes including payroll configuration, schemas and rules, wage types, payroll processing, posting to Finance, reconciliation, and statutory requirements.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and business process workshops with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
- Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors, FI/CO, technical development, integration, security, and data teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Support data migration, system and integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, payroll parallel runs, hypercare, and post-implementation stabilization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM, SAP HR, HRIS, Payroll, or related SAP functional consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience in one or more SAP HCM areas such as PA, OM, Time Management, or Payroll.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire HR processes and the integration between HR, Payroll, and Finance.
- Experience with requirements analysis, functional configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll
, including payroll configuration, wage types, schemas, PCRs, posting, and reconciliation.
- Exposure to
Indonesia Payroll and localization
requirements is highly preferred for payroll-focused positions.
- Experience integrating SAP HCM with
SAP SuccessFactors
, including hybrid HCM environments.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), or SAP HCM for S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in HR transformation, payroll transformation, HR shared services, or HR technology modernization programs.
- Relevant SAP HCM, Payroll, SuccessFactors, or related certification.
