Sales Development Representative

You'll go after new business through true outbound prospecting. You've got proven sales experience. •

You'll recruit and schedule the buyer interviews behind our win-loss research programs. No sales experience needed. Drive, EQ, and a hunger to learn are. Both are a real start in tech, with a focus on outbound, real training, and plenty of room to grow.

Regardless of your focus, this is a learning culture. Your growth matters here. Starting with our 2-week foundational SDR onboarding program where you'll build strong prospecting skills with continued training throughout your 3-month ramp. Our team will help you advance, and in time, you'll mentor newer SDRs. Our commitment is clear: prepare you to be an expert prospector and a well-rounded sales professional.

Our team of experienced analysts designs and delivers research programs for B2B technology companies. We use a structured, scalable process to help clients improve their win rates by making smarter, more impactful decisions. We acquired Goldpan.ai in 2025, which strengthens our product and adds even more win-loss data for our growing client base. We're excited about what's ahead. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of win-loss research, B2B technology programs, and qualitative research recruitment. You'll use HubSpot, Nooks, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted workflows to build outreach campaigns that turn contact data and stale CRM data into completed, high-quality research interviews.

You'll run high-volume, multi-channel outreach by email, phone (parallel dialing in Nooks), and LinkedIn. You'll juggle ~30 active customer programs at once and keep recruitment statuses in HubSpot accurate and on time. When a program stalls, you'll dig into why and propose a fix. You'll also test new tactics to lift interview conversion across the team. •

You'll make sure interview data is clean, structured, and qualified before research calls. That means filling in missing details on HubSpot interview cards and telling researchers about anything that could affect interview quality or scope, so they never walk into a call underprepared. •

You'll work alongside the CSM and Researcher on each program. You'll share status, challenges, and proposed solutions so nobody gets caught off guard, flag risks to program momentum or renewal, and join customer calls when needed. •

You'll build fluency in our outreach approaches (Sales First, Leadership First, Klue Direct) and learn when each works best. You'll advise AEs, CSMs, and Researchers on recruitment strategy, lean on AI tools and automations to work faster, and propose better processes and workflows.

We'll be honest about the day-to-day: it's detailed, high-volume work. The people who love it stay meticulous because they can see where it leads. If you excel, you'll be promoted onto the New Business SDR team.
