What to expect
•
Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets.
•
You can expect to be on your feet in a fast-paced factory environment.
•
Because we are working with meat, we work in 38–42-degree temps.
•
Use of Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Ladders, Fall Protection, and Lock Out Tag Out
•
Overtime and Weekend Work
•
Requirements
- Must have at least 6 months of industrial maintenance/refrigeration (preferred) experience withing the last 12 months and/or verifiable schooling in a relevant industrial maintenance trade in lieu of experience documented in the work history of the application (can be a combination of employers)
•
Passing a Level 4 pulmonary function test and physical and be recertified each year to maintain position
•
Rehire Criteria
•
Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.
•
