We primarily recruit across the Philippines, Latin America, and Africa, connecting clients with reliable, highly skilled professionals. As we scale, we are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to drive our hiring pipeline and uphold our reputation for excellence.

As a Recruiter, you will own the talent lifecycle from initial sourcing all the way to candidate offer acceptance. Serving as the primary "gatekeeper" of candidate quality, you will ensure every applicant matches our clients' high standards for technical skill, English fluency, and cultural alignment.

Identify top-tier remote talent across job boards, social media, candidate databases, and professional networks. •

Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to thoroughly evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit. •

Maintain and organize active candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely communication and zero drop-off. •

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role specs and craft compelling recruitment postings. •

Schedule interview rounds, conduct reference checks, and facilitate background verifications. •

Extend formal employment offers and assist in salary negotiations to close star candidates.

Proven track record of success as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. •

Hands-on experience navigating sourcing platforms, specialized job boards, and modern recruiting strategies. •

Outstanding communication skills with strong candidate judgment and an eye for identifying top talent under pressure. •

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, or similar). •

Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialized remote job networks. •

Familiarity using ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to assist with job post drafting and outreach. •

Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and Slack/Zoom.
