Your responsibilities
As a Production Developer at Quintus Technologies, you will play an important role in developing and improving our assembly processes. Working closely with assembly staff, you will identify opportunities to simplify working methods, reduce lead times and improve quality, safety and efficiency. You will spend time in the workshop, gaining a practical understanding of how assembly operations work and turning ideas into improvements that make a real difference in everyday production. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and improving assembly sequences, working methods, lead times and the use of available space.
- Developing and standardising assembly instructions, guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
- Collaborating with Production Preparation and Engineering to improve material preparation, picking lists and product designs from an assembly perspective.
- Working closely with the Production Engineer and EHS specialists to improve workshop layouts, safety and working conditions.
- Driving and contributing to improvement initiatives that strengthen quality, support onboarding and enable increased production volumes.
You will collaborate across several functions and play an active role in developing more efficient, standardised and scalable assembly processes. The position offers a combination of hands-on involvement in production and long-term development work, with the opportunity to see the results of your improvements in practice.
Who are we looking for?

As a person, you are analytical, structured and solution-oriented, with a practical approach to problem-solving. You communicate clearly, listen to different perspectives and take an active role in turning ideas into lasting improvements. Additional experience we value:
