About the role
We The Flywheel | Production Designer | REMOTE (async, global) | Contract, part-time to full-time | https://wetheflywheel.com/en/careers/production-designer-rem... We're a small, agent-led studio. Most of our ops run through AI agents, and the people here direct them. We need a production designer who turns briefs into polished, on-brand marketing, social and ad creative, fast, inside an existing brand system. What we're looking for:
- Real Figma experience (required)
- You've wired Figma into coding agents like Codex or Claude Code (e.g. Figma MCP), so a design becomes working code without a hand-off
- Strong typography and layout craft, and you can keep quality up across a high volume of assets
