We are looking for a motivated, hands-on 2IC to support our clients production team in manufacturing high-quality concrete & paving products. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of production, teamwork, and health and safety. Working closely with the Factory Manager and Operations Manager, you will help
