Job Description

Lead product development activities for technical formulation of graphic-related products (e.g., PVC and non-PVC digital printing graphic films).
Collaborate with business teams and customers to identify new product opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and validate processes, product performance, and material specifications to enable successful NPI commercialization.
Identify patent opportunities and support enterprise intellectual property processes.
Apply disciplined project management practices to prioritize, execute, and document work effectively.
