• Balance customer needs, business objectives and technical considerations to create simple, intuitive experiences that deliver measurable impact.
• Lead through influence, bringing stakeholders together around a clear customer vision and driving design excellence across teams.
• Are highly skilled in discovery, experimentation, prototyping, customer research and data-informed decision making.
• Demonstrate exceptional visual, interaction and systems design craft, with a portfolio showcasing sophisticated digital product experiences.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments where ownership, autonomy and continuous improvement are valued.
