PR & Communications Manager

• Lead and execute Denmark's Brand, PR & Communications strategy, including high-profile events like Folkemødet
• Manage external communications, media relations, SoMe and thought leadership campaigns
• Collaborate with the country leadership and marketing teams, Nordic Baltic teams, and business leaders across borders to ensure alignment and impact
• Analyze competitor communications while developing and optimizing ours
• Drive internal communications with strong focus on the company strategy and priorities as well as employee engagement
• Create compelling content across digital channels, blogs, social media, and internal platforms
• Coordinate with external agencies and manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for PR in Denmark including crisis communications and the facilitation of media training for executives

What will help you succeed

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in public relations, public affairs, SoMe, and campaign execution
• Proficient copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills in Danish and English
• Expertise in social media platforms and digital communication tools
• Ability to work independently and influence across a matrix organization in a structured way
• Experience in managing budgets, agencies, and performance metrics
• Educational background in Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing, or related disciplines is desired
