We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Test Manager
to lead testing across a complex Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong
Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP
experience who can take ownership of test preparation and execution across multiple workstreams. You'll work closely with technical and functional teams, Oracle specialists and delivery partners to ensure solutions and integrations are fully tested and ready for deployment.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the
test strategy, planning, preparation and execution
for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Manage
System Integration Testing (SIT)
, end-to-end business process testing and regression testing.
- Develop and manage test plans, scenarios, scripts, schedules and reporting.
- Coordinate testing across
Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP and integrations
.
- Lead testing of
inbound and outbound integrations
, including REST APIs, web services, SFTP and file-based interfaces.
- Own the
defect management lifecycle
, including triage, prioritisation, tracking, retesting and resolution.
- Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, Oracle and third-party delivery partners.
- Manage
test environments, test data, dependencies and test readiness
.
- Monitor and report on test progress, coverage, defects, risks and overall readiness.
- Support and develop
test automation
, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and repeatability.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure appropriate end-to-end test coverage.
- Provide leadership and guidance to testing resources and promote consistent testing standards and best practice.
- Support UAT, regression, release and deployment activities where required.
Essential
- Strong hands-on experience of
Oracle Fusion Cloud
.
- Proven experience as a
Test Manager or Test Lead
within an Oracle Fusion implementation, transformation or delivery programme.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of
Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP
.
- Strong understanding of
Oracle Fusion configuration and end-to-end business processes
.
- Significant experience of
System Integration Testing (SIT)
and end-to-end testing within Oracle Fusion.
- Experience testing
Oracle Fusion inbound and outbound integrations
.
- Hands-on experience testing
REST APIs, web services, SFTP and file-based integrations
.
- Strong experience across
test strategy, planning, preparation, execution and reporting

- Proven experience managing
defects from identification and triage through to resolution and retesting
.
- Experience coordinating testing across multiple functional, technical and integration workstreams.
- Experience managing

- Experience with
test automation
within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly across applications and integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks and dependencies within a complex delivery programme.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating and supporting test teams.
Desirable
- Experience with
Oracle Fusion EPM
.
- Experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation, migration, upgrade or transformation programmes.
- Experience of data migration, reconciliation and validation testing.
- Relevant
Oracle Fusion or software testing certifications
.
- Experience working within large, multi-team or multi-supplier delivery environments.
About you
You'll be comfortable taking ownership of testing rather than simply executing test scripts. You'll be able to bring structure to complex test activity, work effectively across technical and business teams, challenge where appropriate and maintain a clear view of risks, defects and overall readiness.
You'll combine strong
Oracle Fusion knowledge with hands-on test leadership
, and be confident communicating with stakeholders at different levels.
