Job Description Job Description Description: Burnett Medical Center is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to work in our busy lab. We are currently offering a retention bonus of $7,500! SHIFT & HOURS : 0.95 FTE (76 hours per pay period) This position would be 7 days on, 7 days off. This includes 10-hour shifts on weekdays and 12-hour shifts on weekends. This is a night position.
