to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will support sustaining activities, design engineering, and problem-solving for both existing and new product platforms (NPD). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, reduce manufacturing costs, and enhance product reliability, quality, and First-Pass Yield (RTY) with a strong emphasis on mechanical hardware.

Support evaluation and continuous improvement of existing designs to enhance quality, manufacturability, robustness, and cost-efficiency (VA/VE initiatives). •

Participate in testing, documentation, product releases to manufacturing, and handover from Design to Sustaining stages. •

Prepare, coordinate, issue, and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) through the Product Change Review Board (PCRB). •

Create comprehensive engineering reports utilizing methodologies such as DMAIC, 5-Why, and Ishikawa diagrams to address manufacturing, supplier, and customer field issues. •

Perform Tolerance Stack-Up analysis, GD&T reviews, and statistical data analysis to validate component specifications and supplier quality. •

Develop 3D-printed prototypes for productivity initiatives, design verification, and cost-reduction proposals. •

Support compliance updates according to industry standards (BHMA, UL, ISTA) and assess technical deviations submitted by other departments.

Bachelor's Degree in
