Manager - DM Campaign Management

1. Sponsor / Account Management

• Partner relationship management and collaboration with business partners in order to

enhance business opportunities over acquisition, cross-sell and other campaigns maximization to achieve revenue stream

1. Customer Marketing and Campaign Management

• Responsible for new campaign development, organizes and implements cross marketing

within Consumer portfolio specific to Accident & Health product and other Consumer products. Campaign implementation and monitoring and drive performance to achieve campaigns KPI

• Conduct campaign analysis by analyzing campaign results and making suggestions or

adjustment. Ensure timely implementation, pre-and post-campaign communication, and administration.

• Achieve revenue, campaign profitability targets and spend efficiency. Control and manage

Profit and loss of overall campaign launched.

• Dealing with Tele Marketing, Product team and other related parties and drive for an

excellent performance outcome.

• Operational management handling such as reporting, agreements, campaign brief,

Tele sales script and etc.

• Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Head of Department

• Min. bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 3 years work experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Consumer Goods is

preferred
