Aufgaben

  • Umsetzung der definierten logistischen Kundenanforderungen
  • Vertretung des Logistics Services Team im Projektteam
  • Unterstützung des Kunden und PM, VSM´s bei der Erstellung von Logistikkonzepten und globalen Distributionsprozessen
  • Kommissionierung nach Kundenvorgaben
  • Kontrolle der Verladung bei Versendung (Menge, Sicherheitsbestimmungen)
  • Laufende Inventur beziehungsweise Standkontrollen
  • Koordination des RMA Prozesses
  • Laufende Analyse und Verbesserung der Prozesse

Anforderungen

  • Logistische, kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Gutes Kommunikationsverhalten (intern und extern)
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten / Selbständigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr genaue und rasche Abarbeitung von Daten und Informationen
  • MS Office Standard (Excel, Word)
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Zielstrebigkeit
