What you bring
You come from tax, audit, assurance or a closely related advisory practice. You may have trained at a Big Four firm, worked at another professional services firm, or built your experience in an in-house function. Perhaps you've already moved into innovation, technology implementation or consulting. You understand the pressure of client deadlines, the importance of defensible conclusions and how much work sits behind a finished report or piece of advice. You also have ideas about how that work could be done better. You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have practical experience in tax or audit and can discuss the work credibly with experienced practitioners. You don't need to be a specialist in both.
- Are genuinely curious about generative AI and enjoy learning new tools. You don't need to be a software engineer or have held a Legal Engineering role before.
- Communicate clearly, whether you're explaining a technical concept, leading a workshop or handling a difficult question from a partner.
- Can organize a engagement, keep commitments, and flag problems early
- Understand the commercial realities of professional services, including engagement economics, client expectations and the balance between speed and quality.
- Take initiative, respond well to feedback and learn quickly when faced with an unfamiliar problem.
- Communicate fluently in French and English.
- Are based in Paris, or willing to relocate, and able to work from the office five days per week.
