About The Role
As our Learning Experience & Facilitation Specialist, you'll build and deliver practical, engaging learning that grows capability across Kinetic IT. You'll facilitate a mix of leadership, business and technical skills programs, face-to-face and online.
Guided by organisational priorities and established program designs, you'll partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to turn complex content into clear, relevant learning that people can apply on the job. You'll also help keep our programs consistent and improving over time.
We're looking for someone the business can count on: well prepared, adaptable in the room and committed to giving every learner a great experience.
Responsibilities will include
- Leveraging great learning design to build and update learning materials such as slide decks, facilitator guides, workbooks and activities, using our existing program blueprints and templates.
- Facilitating face-to-face and virtual learning across leadership, business and technical skills programs, adapting your approach to suit each group.
- Working with subject matter experts to keep content accurate and relevant.
- Using learner feedback to improve sessions and materials over time.
- Supporting the smooth running of programs, including session prep, learner communications and keeping records up to date.
What you’ll bring
- Experience designing learning experiences and resources using adult learning and learner experience principles.
- Solid experience facilitating corporate learning with adult audiences, face-to-face and virtual.
- A curious, current approach to learning practice, including using AI tools to work smarter in how you build, update and deliver learning.
- Confidence working with technical or unfamiliar content and turning it into something learners can use.
- Comfort with virtual delivery platforms such as Teams.
- A reliable, organised approach. You're prepared, on time, and you follow through
Nice to have
- Experience in IT services or another complex service environment, such as government, banking or utilities.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or SIAM, or an interest in learning them. We'll support you to gain industry certifications.
- Experience with digital learning tools, such as e-learning authoring tools or an LMS.
