Reporting to the Technology Manager, you will lead the design, development and support of high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs and deliver a strong user experience. You will provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle, from design and development through to testing, deployment and ongoing support, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with organisational standards. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions, providing guidance on system design and development best practices. You will play a key role in operations and project delivery, managing technical risks and issues, supporting governance and change processes, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time and to a high standard. This role offers the opportunity to influence technology outcomes across the organisation, driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the successful delivery and ongoing optimisation of critical business systems.
