About the Role

•

Solve Ambiguous Problems

Lead deep-dive analyses on complex business questions, synthesizing unstructured data into clear, executive-ready recommendations. •

Analyze Market & Onchain Trends

Evaluate blockchain transactions, liquidity, token activity, and market shifts to uncover consumer behavior insights. •

Run impactful projects

2-3 initiatives with ambiguous objectives and scope to be tackled with Engineering, Product, Controllership and BCOs (Business Control Officers). •

Raise the bar on KRIs and controls

thresholds, signal logic, data quality and services interactions, all reviewed and connected to impact to escalate to leadership •

Own Core Metrics & Dashboards

Serve as the single point of ownership for key metrics and maintain executive dashboards. •

Shape how we use AI

- build shared prompts, skills, automated routines or bots to make us faster without making us less right or critical. •

Build Financial & Strategic Models

Create quantitative models, scenario analyses, and market sizing to evaluate new product features and international growth. •

Develop Clean Data Pipelines

Write efficient SQL and Python code to extract, transform, and structure complex datasets, establishing reliable ETL workflows. •

Leverage AI & Modern Tooling

Responsibly integrate AI copilots and automated workflows into daily analytics to increase speed and decision quality. •

Align Cross-Functional Partners

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to assess the commercial and operational impact of regulatory updates and business strategy.

What We're Looking For

•

Analytical Capacity & Rigor

Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, probability, statistical modeling, and financial mechanics applied to complex business problems. •

Experimentation & Causal Inference

Hands-on experience designing controlled A/B tests, measuring statistical significance, and establishing guardrail metrics. •

Technical & Tooling Proficiency

Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and pipeline development. •

Product & Strategic Thinking

Experience working alongside product managers and engineers in an iterative, fast-paced product development environment.

Executive Communication

Proven ability to translate complex quantitative findings into concise, compelling data stories that influence stakeholders.
