roles with our Resources Operations Team at Searipple Village. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner - while proudly upholding ISS's reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations. This is your chance to showcase your culinary skills in a rewarding role where safety, quality, and flavour come together in a uniquely remote setting of remote Northern Coastal WA.

To Be Considered

•

Must be a Karratha Local with own accommodation (This is not a FIFO Role)

Ability to travel safely to and from work each day

Must be Reliable and Motivated to work 10-12-hour shifts in harsh conditions

Must have Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher

Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.

Proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.

Experience in mining village operations (Desirable)

Must have with a strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards.

Unrestricted work rights in Australia

Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.

•

Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
