Junior Analytics Engineer

• Tackle complex data problems with a variety of tools and implement innovative and scalable solutions;

• Leverage your proficiency in tools such as BigQuery, dbt and Python to efficiently extract and transform raw datasets into structured and usable formats;

• Build and maintain data models, reports and dashboards in BigQuery and Looker to provide stakeholders with relevant and timely information;

• Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets;

• Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the reliability and integrity of analytical outputs;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and to implement data-driven solutions;

• Communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience are required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered;

• Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, BigQuery, or similar);

• Experience using data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar);

• Knowledge of statistical programming languages like Python and/or R is a nice to have;

• Ability to work autonomously in solving complex technical problems;

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality;

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience;

• Advanced in English, both written and oral.
