o Collaborate with regional Commercial Education team, SENA field Trainer to create and implement comprehensive sales training programs designed to equip the sales force with the knowledge, tools, and skills required to effectively promote our full solution. o Track sales performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, product management, or business development within the medical device industry, preferably in Orthopaedics.
• Proven track record in launching and commercializing medical devices or digital solutions in the MedTech industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in other languages spoken in Southeast and North Asia is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Southeast and North Asia and internationally as required.
