Candidates who have graduated or are expected to graduate from a domestic or international university or graduate school by 2027. • Must be able to work full-time in Japan.

• Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher (JLPT N2 or above) is required.
• Business-level English communication skills are required (approximately TOEIC 700 or above preferred).

• Lead projects across multiple phases, including customer requirements gathering, business analysis, high-level design, development & configuration, testing, and implementation.
