Inside Service Sales Specialist

• Sell new and renewed service contracts and service offerings to customers across the assigned EMEA territory via phone and email, including proactive outreach, lead qualification and follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, manage tenders and service agreements in SAP/SFDC, ensuring accurate pricing, billing, invoicing and opportunity funnel management.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales and Field teams to execute service strategies, develop customer relationships and achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

• Proven experience in service sales, value-based selling, sales negotiations and tender management, with the ability to engage key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com; SAP experience preferred.
• GCSE level or equivalent education, with fluent written and spoken English and German required

For this position, in accordance with the collective agreement for salaried employees in the metalworking industry, a minimum gross annual salary of € 47 000 (based on full-time employment) is stipulated. The actual remuneration depends on qualifications and professional experience and may significantly exceed the minimum salary. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
