Indigenous Chief Operations Office Pathways Program

You will be completing processes that fulfil critical services for our customers including the establishment and discharge of loans, processing payments and grants, and verifying details to progress product applications. With a focus on simply and safely meeting the needs of our customers, you will have:

• A keen eye for detail and a curiosity and confidence to seek clarification

• Strong organisational skills and ability to keep accurate reporting

• Demonstrated care, courage and commitment and be an energetic contributor to team meetings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - be able to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders

• A desire to learn and further develop project skills

• Enjoy solving problems and learning new things

• Work well with people and build strong relationships

• Are looking to grow their careers and explore new opportunities

• Want to make a meaningful contribution through their work

• Have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Can demonstrate competency in use of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Possess a learning mindset

• Are committed to collaborating with a team to meet the needs of our customers while completing a Certificate Qualification
