HR Coordinator

• Support key moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee changes through to offboarding.
• Partner with HR and Payroll to maintain accurate employee data and support payroll activities, benefits and people programs.
• Provide responsive, people-centred support to employees and managers.
• Use data, systems and technology to help identify trends and improve the way we work.
• Look beyond the task in front of you, bringing ideas to simplify processes, improve workflows and create a better employee experience.

• A growth mindset, strong initiative and genuine desire to learn and improve.
• At least 1 year of experience in coordination, administration, operations, HR, payroll, recruitment, customer service or a similar environment.
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or other discipline.
• Confidence working with systems, data and Microsoft Office.

Previous HR or payroll experience is helpful, but we're equally interested in transferable skills, strong potential and the right mindset.
