About the role
Toolhouse AI | Head of AI Sales / AI Go To Market | SF, ATX, or REMOTE (US) | Full-time | $180k-$250k OTE + Equity | https://toolhouse.ai Toolhouse AI builds autonomous AI agents that execute complex, multi-step business operations and workflows across 1,000+ integrations...letting teams delegate repetitive tasks in plain language. We are model-agnostic and serving fast-growing companies and prosumer teams. We've grown naturally in the last 7 months with a founder-led sales motion this far.

We need to take it to the next level! We are hiring our first Head of Sales / Go To Market to build and own our entire revenue engine from 0 to 1. What you'll do: * Own end-to-end sales strategy, outbound pipeline generation, and enterprise deal closing. * Design and execute our GTM motion for both mid-market/enterprise buyers and self-serve expansions. * Work closely with our engineering and product people to feed customer insights back into our product roadmap. * Establish pricing, sales playbooks, customer success handoffs, and contract structures. What we're looking for: * 5+ years of experience leading sales/GTM in developer tools or B2B SaaS. * Proven track record closing early-stage technical buyers, engineering leaders, and ops executives. * High agency and hands-on execution: you love closing deals yourself before building out a team. * Deep curiosity about AI, autonomous agents, and tool execution ecosystems. *Stack & Tools:* LI, Apollo, PHONE, Attio, Notion, Slack, plus our own suite of Toolhouse AI workers.
