Requirements:
- Strong Python / PyTorch
- Production GPU inference experience
- Distributed / parallel inference, batching, async processing
- Strong in at least one:
- LLM inference: vLLM / SGLang, Prefill/Decode, KV Cache
- Speech inference: ASR / TTS inference pipeline
- Plus: CUDA / Triton / NCCL / TensorRT-LLM / Kubernetes / Slurm / Ray

### 2. Senior LLM Data Engineer
**English + Japanese N2**

Requirements:
- Production LLM training / evaluation data experience
- Python + large-scale data processing
- pandas / Polars / Spark / SQL / ETL
- SFT / RL data
- Synthetic Data
- LLM-as-a-Judge
- Dataset quality / benchmark / evaluation design

### 3. Senior Speech AI Engineer / TTS
**English + Japanese N2**

Requirements:
- Hands-on TTS / Speech Synthesis model R&D
- Python / PyTorch
- Model training and productionization
- Speech data preprocessing / alignment / labeling
- Experience with modern TTS architectures
- Plus: Audio Codec / Flow Matching / Diffusion / LLM-based TTS
