FP&A Specialist

• • Lead and coordinate SAP standard cost calculations, including new products, material changes, and annual cost updates.
• Analyze production, material, labor, and overhead variances and identify root causes.
• Maintain and validate costing inputs including BOMs, routings, material prices, labor rates, overhead rates, and cost component structures.
• Support month-end closing activities related to production costs, inventory, variances, and result explanations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by providing standard cost, rate, cost center, and operational impact inputs.
• Support FP&A projects, KPI reporting, cost analysis, and margin improvement initiatives.

• • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing controlling, product costing, FP&A, or a related finance role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP / Product Costing and standard cost, material ledger, BOM, routing, and production order settlement processes.
• Experience with variance analysis, production cost controlling, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, SAP, HFM, or similar reporting tools are an advantage.
• University degree in finance, accounting, controlling, economics, or industrial engineering.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2).

• • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect SAP details to business performance.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, data issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication skills with finance and operational stakeholders.
• High accuracy, ownership, and documentation discipline.
• Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines during month-end close, planning, and audit cycles.

Zakres wynagrodzenia

Wynagrodzenie roczne na tym stanowisku wynosi od zł115,200.00-zł229,200.00 rocznie. Na wysokość wynagrodzenia w tym przedziale mogą wpływać m.in. umiejętności, wykształcenie, doświadczenie oraz inne indywidualne kwalifikacje wybranego kandydata. Czynniki, które mogą wpływać na wysokość wynagrodzenia w danym przedziale płacowym, obejmują między innymi: umiejętności, wykształcenie, dotychczasowe doświadczenie, udział w układzie zbiorowym pracy (CLA), typowe rynkowe wynagrodzenie dla danego stanowiska oraz inne indywidualne kwalifikacje wybranego kandydata.
