Financial Analyst – JLL
What this job involves:
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. This role supports capital markets reporting and business partnering, while managing various compensation-related financial processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Provide business partnering support to Local Market Leadership, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements, delivering insights and recommendations to drive business success.
- Partner with FP&A, Operations, and HR on the annual budget build and mid-year forecasting.
- Update, maintain, and improve performance dashboards used throughout the firm, including troubleshooting key internal reports.
- Communicate with the Controllership team to ensure accurate reflection of monthly accounting entries across Local Markets.
- Identify limitations in current controls and processes, and implement efficiencies and solutions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment.
- Experience with PeopleSoft and Tableau
- Exposure to capital markets reporting functions.
- Familiarity with Local Market business operations and HR compensation processes.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Expected compensation for this position
75,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
