• Provide day to day supervision and suppor t to their specific discipline t o ensure safe, courteous and efficient ser vice to the building' s users.
• Be the Site Incident Contr oller for assigned pr operty.
• Foster str ong working r elationship with clients, ensuring all clients r equest and expectations ar e met within stipulated timefr ame and pr oblems ar e resolved in a timely manner .
• Develop and implement pr ocesses and per formance measur es to ensure timely quality deliv eries.
• Lead, co-or dinate and manage a team of ex ecutives and sub-contr actors in ex ecution of contr actual facility management obligations t o the Landlor d.
• Provide technical suppor t and attendance wher e necessar y and act as an A uthorised P erson.
• Oversees the management of the P ermit to Work systems, and health and saf ety management.
• Ensure all the site team and term contr actors achie ved the agr eed service level and deliv erables.
• All agreement and deliv erables stated in this manual wer e complied with.
• Ensure that all members on site abide t o the house rules wher e stipulated
• Any other duties assigned for the deliv erables under a Building Manager .
