The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and the delivery of safe, evidence based care.

• Effective assessment, problem solving and organisational skills in a clinical setting.

• Permanent

• Full time - 76 hours per fortnight

• Shift worker (fully rotational)

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

$73,109 to $80,524 per annum (Pro rata) . Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

• Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:

• Post Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type.

Regional Allowances:

• District Allowances of up to $4,618 per annum for a family.

• Remote Professional Development Allowance of $4,062 per annum and an additional salary allowance of 10%.
