Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid employee role for a Customer Service Representative English Account at Sutherland's location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in English B1+
- Grads and Dropouts only
- Flexibility with European time zone.
- Flexibility with Rotational shifts
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
