Email & CRM Campaign Specialist
GET EXCITED TO
- Own the planning and delivery of email and SMS campaigns across multiple markets
- Manage campaigns end to end, from briefing and audience selection through to deployment and reporting
- Create targeted and personalised customer experiences using lifecycle, loyalty and behavioural data
- Lead testing and optimisation across content, audiences, offers, timing and frequency
- Analyse campaign performance and turn insights into clear actions
- Partner with Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Digital and Product teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Support best practice across campaign quality, deliverability and customer experience
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
3+ years’ experience
in email, SMS, CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing
- Experience with
Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign
or a similar platform
- Hands-on experience building, testing and deploying email campaigns
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalisation, QA and email best practice
- Confidence analysing performance and turning insights into action
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management
- Retail, ecommerce, fashion or apparel experience is highly regarded
