Disability Support Worker

• Support a diverse range of customers living with physical disabilities.

• Provide person-centred support that empowers customers to make choices and maintain independence in their daily lives.

• Assist customers with daily living activities both at home and in the community, including personal care, meal preparation and assistance, medication support, and behaviour support.

• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepover shifts.

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Working with Children Check

• First Aid and CPR

• Full VIC Driver's licence

• International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
