Position Overview
Lead business development efforts to bring Sutter Health Concierge and Executive Health programs to market.
Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with external community members, partners, businesses, and other groups to secure and retain concierge members and executive health participants. In addition to driving go-to-market strategies and revenue growth for a portfolio of clinics and physicians, plays a role in shaping the organization's overall services and add-on programs. This includes building, maintaining, and optimizing implementation, account management, local marketing, sales, and sales operations approaches, while overseeing a multidisciplinary team working across these functions. Is a strategic leader with experience building business development teams, programs and playbooks that ensure measurable growth impact as well as lasting value for members and physician partners.

EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's degree
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE
- 10 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Sales or account management experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent experience building customer-focused implementation and success programs.
- Experience leading and building strong multidisciplinary sales teams with experience overseeing business development, sales, sales engineering, sales operations, and account management.
- Experience overseeing implementations of complex software and services solutions.
- Proven track record of business-to-business sales or business development in healthcare, digital health, or related technology fields.
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, employer health benefits, and the digital health ecosystem (RPM, EHR integrations, patient engagement solutions).
- Experience structuring partnerships, licensing agreements, and/or distribution channels for healthcare products or services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and operational teams to shape market-ready solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an evolving, innovation-focused environment.

Pay Range is $187,886.40 to $300,622.40 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
