Job Description
MedStaffers is seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Care Worker to provide care for a middle-aged male who is total care.
- Hands-on care is REQUIRED , including:
- Bathing and personal hygiene
- Dressing and grooming
- Toileting/incontinence care
- Transfers and mobility assistance
- Other personal care and daily living needs
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and light housekeeping
- Support clients with daily routines
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Build a positive and respectful relationship with clients

Qualifications
- Caring, patient, and dependable
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Reliable transportation
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is helpful but not required
