Digital Strategy Director, Oncology

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 6+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in Clinical Development, with a strong focus on application of digital health within healthcare (clinical development and/or clinical operations or biomarker strategy).
• Strong AI capabilities including demonstrated understanding of the role AI will play in drug research and development.
• Outstanding project delivery and communication capabilities, with a proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
• Experience in oncology and/or haematology clinical development, including patient care and trial delivery, with strong working knowledge of combination strategies and next-generation mechanisms of action (e.g. ADCs, cell therapy, T-cell engagers).
• Hands-on involvement contributing to clinical protocols and operational plans where digital tools inform endpoints, assessments, or data collection.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, data science, or related field; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred.
• Proven track record building, evaluating and implementing digital health solutions (e.g., ePRO/eCOA, DHT-enabled endpoints, trial delivery capabilities, patient apps/portals), including regulatory knowledge and technical fluency.
• Experience with CVRM, Respiratory/Immunology, Infectious Diseases and/or rare disease a plus.
• Experience delivering pharmaceutical / healthcare consulting engagements, either within a dedicated consulting organisation (e.g. management consulting firm) or an internal pharmaceutical company consulting function.
• Experience with analytical/clinical validation of digital measures, human factors engineering, and usability studies.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, background in product management for digital tools or platforms used in trials or patient support.
• Delivery experience across multi-country studies with an understanding of site/patient variability and localization needs.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $203,709.60 - $305,564.40 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
