About the role
Play a key role in shaping a healthier, more resilient workforce. As Deputy Manager (Safety & Health), you will drive workplace wellness initiatives, influence organisational health strategies, and foster a culture where employees can thrive physically and mentally.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Design and implement wellness programmes covering fitness, nutrition, mental well-being, and healthy ageing
- Drive employee health initiatives, campaigns, workshops, and engagement activities

Requirements

- A degree in any discipline

- Experience in programme management and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to translate data and insights into impactful health initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
