The Job
- Handle the property handover work and follow up the defect's rectification
- Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
- Support daily operation of estate office
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
The Person
- Higher Diploma or above. 5 passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese, or equivalent. 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language.
- Minimum 1-2 years' customer services experience.
- Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing.
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Temporary Customer Services Officer.
