Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Hub Property Services team. You'll be responsible for answering inbound telephone calls and emails from residential tenants, reporting repairs and estate related matters; to plan, instruct and administer property compliance servicing, certification and remedial works for residential, commercial and agricultural properties for Savills Rural & Projects Division.

Team Overview

The Savills Property Services Hub delivers a range of centralised property operations support functions to a diverse client base, from private individuals to large institutional organisations. Delivered through three specialist teams comprising 25 colleagues, the service supports Property Compliance, Reactive Maintenance, Supplier Onboarding and Tenancy Progression activities.
