Credit Controller - London, UK (9 month FTC)

You're a confident communicator with at least 3 years of credit control experience, and you're comfortable balancing professionalism with the diplomacy needed to manage sensitive payment conversations. You have strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to quickly pick up new tools and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will also bring:

• Minimum 2 years Dynamics System Experience

• European Language (Preferred but not essential)

• A collaborative, team‑focused approach

• Strong Excel skills, including V‑Lookups and Pivot Tables

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to investigate account queries thoroughly

• Experience managing overdue debt and monitoring credit risk

• The ability to work efficiently under pressure

• A passion for delivering great customer experiences while ensuring payments are collected in line with agreed terms
