What you'll be responsible for
You'll bring together conceptual creativity, storytelling, strategic thinking, and a curiosity for technology to create standout brand stories and experiences across campaigns, launches, and physical and digital activations. You'll develop ambitious creative ideas and explore how AI and emerging technologies can unlock new ways to solve problems, tell stories, and bring ideas to life. As an individual contributor, you'll partner with Creative & Design and technical teams to move work from early thinking to beautifully crafted execution.
What you'll work on
- Owning development of bold conceptual ideas for brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, and experiences
- Simplifying blockchain, payments, and financial infrastructure into clear, engaging narratives
- Approaching briefs as strategic problems, aligning audience insight, idea, and execution
- Exploring AI and emerging technologies to unlock new creative possibilities and integrate tech into the process
- Experimenting and prototyping ideas using AI, code, design tools, and other appropriate methods
- Partnering with designers, copywriters, engineers, and creative leaders to realize polished executions
- Maintaining a high bar for creative craft so original idea strength carries through final experiences
What you'll bring to Circle
Core Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in conceptual creative, interactive, experiential, innovation, or equivalent creative roles where technology is central
- A portfolio of high-quality work demonstrating strong conceptual thinking across brands, campaigns, or experiences
- Demonstrated ability to originate ideas and develop them from early concept through to compelling outcomes
- Strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret briefs and identify opportunity
- Proven ability to prototype and make ideas tangible using code, AI tools, design tools, or other appropriate methods
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries, with blockchain or digital assets preferred
- Experience working both agency-side and in-house or in high-craft creative/experiential environments
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $140,000 - $170,000 We are an
