Job Description Job Description The role of the Skills Based Treatment RBT is to provide individualized applied behavior analytic services to clients of Bridgeway Academy and Therapy Center. This includes the implementation of a treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), addressing behavior change and skill acquisition goals across environments (classroom, home, etc.).
