About the role

At

Rohlik

, we own our end-to-end operations - including all of our in-house technology - to deliver an exceptional customer experience and the freshest food from local artisans and farmers. The Change Management team sits at the heart of site operations. We bridge strategy and execution by leading the rollout of new tools, systems, and standardized processes across our fulfillment centers.

Your Role

You will own the site's change and project pipeline, ensuring successful implementation of initiatives, adoption of new processes, and standardization of practices. You will partner with stakeholders across local and central teams to align resources, monitor progress, and deliver sustainable improvements. This is not a step away from operations. It's the step toward making the whole operation better, systemically.
