Business Systems Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise business systems, including Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and internal Arctic Wolf platforms.
• Build and support RESTful APIs, integration services, and data pipelines using modern development practices.
• Develop and maintain integration workflows using middleware and ETL platforms such as Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar technologies.
• Support and enhance data synchronization processes between business applications and enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in peer reviews and technical discussions.

• 2-5 years of experience developing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Strong programming experience in object-oriented languages such as

• Hands-on scripting experience using

• Strong proficiency in

and relational database concepts.

• Experience designing, developing, and integrating
