About the role
Summary/Objective: Accurately and efficiently handles all insurance claim billing and patient correspondence. Essential Functions: 1. Process/Submit electronic and paper claims (1500 forms) to Insurance companies for payment. 2. Work A/R and callback reports daily, involves contacting payer for payment. (Aging A/R is completed 2 times monthly.) 3. Maintain a good amount of productive calls per day
