The role / impact
This role centres on establishing and expanding commercial relationships with the regional offices of defined Enterprise Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners. Working alongside national Enterprise Account owners, you will execute strategies that encourage partner practices to adopt Xero, unlocking total addressable market potential and contributing to sustained subscription and revenue growth.
By guiding accounting practices through consultative conversations, you help firms modernise their workflows and harness cloud technology. In doing so, you contribute to Xero's overarching purpose of making running a business beautiful, enabling small business clients across the country to operate more efficiently.
The team / how they connect
You will join our Enterprise Sales team, who oversee relationships with our largest accounting and bookkeeping partner organisations nationally The team collaborates with national account owners, partner consulting specialists, and local practice stakeholders to deliver seamless customer journeys By sharing market insights and sales resources across departments, the team ensures our partners gain long-term value from Xero.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
- Utilising Salesforce CRM and modern sales tools to coordinate outbound prospecting, maintain accurate pipeline records, and monitor engagement metrics.
- Consulting with regional partner offices to identify addressable client portfolios and facilitate their transition to Xero.
- Partnering with national Enterprise Account owners to design and lead tailored practice presentations, educational sessions, and workshops.
- Promoting partner participation at upcoming industry forums, webinars, and regional Xero events.
Where and how you can work
We are looking for someone to be based in Texas in ideally Austin, Houston, or Dallas.

- You bring experience in technology or SaaS sales, with an aptitude for consultative selling, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- You have a proven ability to build genuine rapport and establish strong commercial relationships with professional services or accounting practices.
- Your background demonstrates clear communication and presentation skills, whether facilitating partner workshops or presenting virtually.
- You possess familiarity with practice workflows, accounting platforms, or the wider payroll and payments landscape.
- You thrive on achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent CRM hygiene while managing your schedule with initiative.

Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
